We will then require the following paperwork:
- Full title deeds (Escritura)
- Last paid rates receipt (IBI)
- Last paid Rubbish receipt (Basura)
- Copies of NIE and passports
- Energy Certificate and registration certificate.
- First or second occupancy license (Cedula de Habilitidad)
If you have carried out works on your property that do not yet appear on the title deeds you will need to provide a “Certificate of New Works” or “Certificado de Obra Nueva”. We are happy to arrange this for you along with the Cedula and Energy Certificate if you do not have these either. Please ask for further details including architect fees.
We offer an exclusive listing contract at a lower commission rate in addition to a multi listing contract.
